On XX/XX/XXXX, received a letter from XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, KS XXXX, from XXXX XXXX, regarding my daughter to vacate the apartment. I had co-signed for her, with the understanding my name would be taken off the contract in 6 months. There was no discussion of me going into the office and filling out new paperwork. That is what this office personnel is trying to do to connect me with this outstanding amount of {$1200.00}. She has on this notice, the date of XX/XX/XXXX, apartment # XXXX, from a good neighbor policy, that someone had a complaint, so they were just going to try and evict my daughter. I later received from : Recheck, XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, KS XXXX, notices on these dates : XX/XX/XXXX ; XX/XX/XXXX ; XX/XX/XXXX ; XX/XX/XXXX ; XX/XX/XXXX. I spoke to the woman in the collections office numerous times and she is very aware it is my daughter 's debt, not mine. I was misled by XXXX XXXX regarding this procedure, and have not signed any paperwork regarding the procedure this company, so called established. Very poor communication and management. They have since, by the City of XXXX and XXXX, KS, had to condemn multiple apartments due to unfit conditions and them being run down. I am not responsible for this debt.
