Good afternoon, My name is XXXX XXXX and I am submitting my concerns and complaint against Wells Fargo on my belief of discrimination, retaliation and intimidation by their employees towards me. On XX/XX/21 I called in regard to receiving collections calls while my account was under review with the above commentary. I advised them that I did not feel it appropriate for them to be contacting me while my account was being investigated with my concerns. I in no way asked them to place a cease and desist on my account, as I know that would prevent me from getting vital information about my account. I spoke with front line collection agents that we only concerned with collecting on the balance. and not my previous concerns that I advised them of. I then requested to speak with a supervisor. I was transferred to account resolution manager XXXX. From the beginning of the call you seem agitated that he had to speak with me. XXXX was extremely rude, condensing, and unprofessional throughout my entire interaction with him. He even continued this temperament after I advised him that I felt that I was being discriminated against. As it pertains to my credit report, Wells Fargo advised that my account was closed in XXXX, yet they continue to charge me interest, and fees and balance continues to grow. They have also removed and then put back negative remarks as it pertains to my credit card. This is where I feel retaliated against. I would like the call between XXXX and I reviewed and action taken. I would like to also understand why I agreed to make to half payments to clear my balance to XXXX and he never attempted to take the payment. Instead it appears that Wells Fargo continued to charge interest and damage my credit report.
