Consumer Narrative
Despite the student loan moratorium AND having asked for a forebearance to stop the harassing calls, I was still making payments as I was able. In spite of all that, in XXXX my servicing agent Navient reported my loans as 90 days late. Ive asked them to remove it, they refuse. How can they report a loan as ( not 30, not 60, but 90 days ) late during a loan moratorium. Its destroying my credit and preventing me from being able to secure a new lease on my apartment.
