On XX/XX/XXXX after making three ( 3 ) identity theft reports with the Federal Trade Commission, I was directed to Equifax located in XXXX XXXX. at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I Stated the reason and circumstances for my call. I.e. Identity theft. I took photos of my License, Social Security Card and selfie, then denied the credit report I was, under the Fair Credit Act of 1970, entitled to. Their word, not mine. And handed a list of hoops of fire needed to jump through before I could obtain what should have already been in my possession. Yes I am XXXX and feel once again violated and ridiculed.
