I have a charge off on my account that IS NOT a charge off. Payment to XXXX holder ( if applicable ) {$11000.00} - XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX You {$3400.00} - XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Equifax has not verified the payment received for the XXXX day payoff that my insurer paid to this lender in full. This is very unsettling as I have been attempting to resolve this but it just keeps going after evidence is presented. I am not sure where to go from here but I do know I will continue my dispute for this account as it is inaccurate. My vehicle was declared a total loss with my insurer, XXXX XXXX in XX/XX/2020. At that point, XXXX XXXX contacted my auto lender, XXXX XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX then in turn received a payoff in the full amount of which was valid for XXXX days via whatever portal these companies utilize. XXXX XXXX issued the payment and it was cleared. I even received {$3500.00} AFTER this account was paid in full as per the documents attached. I have been trying to get this off my credit fill and been in contact with XXXX who has been unwilling to assist and hung up on me multiple times nor responded to my e-mails. XXXX is not even affiliated with the XXXX and I have filed a report with them as well. I did contact State Farm who paid off XXXX for this loan IN FULL and they were kind enough to provide me with secured e-mail transcripts showing where a loan insurer with XXXX DID receive the payoff AND released the title to the vehicle. Documentation is attached showing the communication between XXXX and XXXX XXXX ( who paid this off XXXX XXXX with a XXXX day payoff they received ). ALL of this account is inaccurate with payment history not reflecting from my insurer, etc..it shows the last payment was on XX/XX/2020 HOWEVER, a payment in full for a XXXX day payoff quote was made on XX/XX/2020. This account needs to be removed immediately due to FALSE reporting from the furnisher.
