A XXXX removal request was made in XXXX and XXXX. The company keeps indicating that we have made late payments and we have not. We finally got a hold of someone and they sent an appraiser out to our home in XX/XX/XXXX. The appraiser indicated that the appraisal would take 2 weeks. It's been almost 3 months and no one at GMFS can give us a response and they can not find an appraisal.
