I made a payment on my car loan and also there was an ACH. The company is BMW USA and they lost my payment and did a partial ACH and didn't record it as any payment credit. Ive tried talking to them and they refuse to acknowledge my payment even with proof from my bank account. As such, the bureaus refuse to help because BMW will not correct my payment history from XXXX years ago.
