I had online banking now for a while but recently Truist took over and now I can't get anything done. Last time I tried making a payment and it locked my account twice for no reason. Now it locked it again because it says I entered the wrong password. I entered the right password. Then it says I entered the wrong debit card number, when I was entering the right number. It said I had to call their customer service number. I was on hold for an hour and when I reached the customer service person she immediately hung up. Just like last time, they are telling me they can't help me unless I come into the bank.
