XXXX, TRANSUNION, AND XXXX have commited identity theft on my personal credit report by being deceptive. Fraud is deceptive. Deception means you are giving an appearance on something that is misleading. According to the FCRA, XXXX USC 1692e, you can not use any deceptive/misleading representation. These practices can not be utilized on my credit report for PRIVACY. It is DECEPTIVE, because XXXX, Transunion, and XXXX are telling my private information to the public people without my consent. I have private information being publicized. A consumer reporting agency can not furnish anything unless it was initiated by the consumer, which is myself. Which I never authorized them, resulting in deception! 15 USC 1681b ( c ) ( 3 ), 15 USC 1681d ( 1 ), 15 USC 1681m ( d ) ( 1 ) ( D ) the consumer has a right to prohibit information contained in the consumers file with any consumer reporting agency from being used in connection with any credit or insurance transaction that is not initiated by the consumer ;, 15 USC 6802 ( e ) ( 2 ) go in further detail of how I've been deceived.
