On 3 separate occasions I asked XXXX, XXXX XXXX, and Equifax to dispute a collection on my credit report as incorrect. I asked for pictures as well as their documentation as I have mine. None of this was provided by the collection agency reporting the debt nor any of the 3 credit reporting agencies. When I tried to dispute again I was refused. They said the information was correct as reported by the company. When I asked what information was correct each reporting agency was UNABALE to give me that information. When I asked were they able to provide pictures they were NOT. I was able to provide that I paid on time and in full up until 3 weeks before my lease was up. I did NOT leave any damages NOR any furniture behind. They were UNABLE to provide any pictures proving their claim that I did. They rerented the apartment immediately after I moved out. I had a deposit of {$570.00} That should have covered majority of any moved out expenses. They did not report it to any collection agency for 3 years. So I was under the impression that everything was okay. Now I am finding out I owe {$2800.00}! They say I owe 6 water bills. That is not possible as it was built into the rent. I Have proof from XXXX XXXX who does their billing that I OWE NOTHING for water, sewer, trash, nor rent. They also owed us {$100.00} at the time we moved out for a referral bonus. That was never applied to anything. Our lease was up XX/XX/2020. We moved out XX/XX//2020.
