I entered into a loan modification agreement with Huntington Bank. I met the qualifications of the loan modification payments and made my new payments on time XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX of 2021. Instructions as of the initial agreement said if I made payment prior to XX/XX/2021 that I would receive a modified loan agreement with the new payment. Huntington never sent me the new loan agreement. XX/XX/2021 I inquired as to where the new agreement was and was told the flex modification department was behind and to continue making the agreed upon payments. I have made the payments since XXXX of 2021 that were part of the loan modification every month that I was instructed to do in the amount of {$1400.00} and Huntington has repeatedly reported me as 120 or more late which is not accurate. I submitted the modification letter and the inaccurate late payments have not been removed from my credit report. When I call to make a payment numerous customer care agents at Huntington fail to see my modification agreement and tell me it does not exist until they take a while to look into my account and then they see it. Then they accept my payment.
