Consumer Narrative
To Whom it may concern : In viewing the documents I received from the furnisher that are relevant to the credit entry you report on my credit file, I noticed inaccurate reporting on Equifaxs behalf. The terms of this particular credit entry that you have been falsely publishing for more than five years are not the same terms that were in this original contract. The terms for this entry was 72 months yet you have been incorrectly reporting the term duration. I disputed this information previously and after the fact you then completely removed the terms altogether. The furnisher, XXXX XXXX, has also certified to me and the CFPB that the terms were 72 months. The documents I attached have the same furnisher name and account number as the entry that you report ; this is not two installment contracts, only one. This would completely change the entire loan structure with terms that you entered compared to the true accurate terms on the documents. In addition, this installment account was paid and closed in XXXX of 2021 ; Equifax reported a late payment in XXXX of 2021 after payoff on the report that Equifax had published and mailed to me. Also, the address that this reporting agency has published on my credit file is not correct. I have never lived at XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, AZ. I do not know how you attached my name to a residence in which I never resided. You also did not report date of last activity, date of last payment, nor date of first delinquency but yet you publish the multiple late payments. The FCRA requires that credit bureaus must report information with 100 % accuracy in which you are not. All fields must be complete and 100 % accurate. You are in metro2 compliance violation. You are bound by Federal Law to correct or remove an account that you initiated FCRA and Metro2 compliance violations on. In the Federal Civil case of XXXX XXXX vs. XXXX XXXX, case No. XXXX, The attorney that represents XXXX XXXX has stated to me that her client did not request Equifax to publish this information and that Equifax alone has subjectively falsified and published this information solely. The legal representatives name is XXXX XXXX XXXX. Her law office is called XXXX XXXX XXXX located at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX, TX, her phone number is : ( XXXX ) XXXX, and email XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX. If you continue to report this false information after being notified, you will be in violation for reporting non-compliance, and refusing to correct inaccurate information, or removing the account from the file. Please remove the address of XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, AZ from my credit file. Identity thieves have been using my name and false places of residence to acquire credit. Please correct or remove this XXXX XXXX account from my credit file due to false reporting, and FCRA & Metro2 compliance violations. Be advised that the description of the procedure used to determine the accuracy and completeness of the information is hereby requested, and to be provided no later than 15 days of the completion of your investigation. Any Automated response ore-Oscar verification is unacceptable. I am requesting a true investigation and your Method of Verification.
