On Friday XX/XX/2022 I received a direct deposit of XXXX of that {$570.00} was supposed to be auto sent to a secured credit account I have with chime the money never made it into the credit account and never came back into my checking account I transferred a total of {$2200.00} into my credit account and {$570.00} is still missing chime bank refuses to give me an answer and says that I received the funds a customer service representative did the math and agreed I had money missing and I have put in multiple escalations and the company hasnt responded besides to say I cant dispute the transaction and the money is there but it is not reflecting on my side and customer service keeps bouncing my calls and telling me the same thing that nothing they can do
