I called the National credit adjuster on XX/XX/XXXX, spoke with a rep, gave a statement, and sent an XXXX identity theft report via the email specified in the call. On XX/XX/XXXX, I visited the National Credit adjuster website, filed a complaint, and provided a report. On XX/XX/XXXX, I filed a dispute with XXXX and provided a copy of the identity theft report. On XX/XX/XXXX, I contacted the CFPB. In XXXX XXXX 's response, he has advised doing the same things I have done multiple times with no response. Also, XXXX XXXX failed to mention that I filed an identity theft complaint with XXXX when the account belonged to them, and they removed the negative item and closed the account. The negative item then reappeared when NCA purchased it from XXXX. XXXX XXXX is asking me to do what I have done from the fraudulent account was brought to my attention.
