On XX/XX/2021 I paid XXXX XXXX the amount that was owed IN FULL via my XXXX Bank account ( statement is attached ). On XX/XX/2021 they reported it to a collection agency who reached out to me demanding payment. I disputed it with them saying it was paid in FULL. I never heard from them again. Now the XXXX XXXX account is showing on my credit, even though it shows it is paid. This is a violation of the FCRA. It should NOT be on my credit to begin with as it WAS paid BEFORE they sent it to collections.
