I am very upset with this issue. I sent a letter to the credit bureau on XX/XX/2021 regarding Unauthorized Inquiry on my report. It is now XXXX days and I have not received a repsonse. I did my research and I am for sure that the credit bureaus have XXXX days to reply back and they have not. I know that failure to respond is grounds for immediate removal. This company has reported fraudulent information on my consumer report without my written consent, anything without permissible purposes is considered identity theft. I demand that this company remove this fraudulent Inquiries from my consumer report and from there internal data base.
