I ( a natural person ) was issued a false debt that was sent to me through mail. I contested with Commonwealth Financial Systems INC and they sent me a letter which I have uploaded alongside this complaint with false " validations '' of said " debt '' and they even went as far as to state on this letter that they are indeed " the purchaser of an account '' that is allegedly mine. Why would I pay a debt that is not mine? This is a clear violation of my rights under Title 15 US Code Chapter 41 COMMERCE AND TRADE ( SUBCHAPTER 5 ) FAIR DEBT COLLECTIONS PRACTICES ACT..
