Consumer Narrative
I been banking with td bank in XXXX nj for about 6 years and sadly there was a fraud situation with my account. I went to the td branch to figure out what was going on. They called the fraud department, i was on hold for half and hour and when we finally got a hold of them they said there was nothing they can do and gave me a third party number called td demarketing number i called XXXX times no answer and no call back. Im fine with the account being close, i just want the funds i have in the checkings to be returned to me.
