I paid my account in full XXXX XXXX with Procollect , Inc . The amount owed was {$750.00}. On this day, I was told that I would receive a letter advising that my account is paid in full. I never received the letter. I have confirmation numbers for each account. Each time I call and ask questions, they advise that my account can only be accessed by " XXXX XXXX '', who I had not been able to get a response from as he does not have a phone number or an extension ; only an email address. He did not respond to my email sent XX/XX/XXXX. I decided to call again a day later and was transferred to XXXX XXXX for the first time. He advised that my letter was sent via email XX/XX/XXXX. I advised that I have not received a letter and that it is still showing on my credit score. He said that it is not still showing however it was still showing as of XX/XX/XXXX. I asked him can he send me an email with my letter attached and I could verify that I received it this time while we are on the call. He immediately raised his voice and he stated verbatim, " I do not know who you think you are. I do not work for you and as a matter of fact, I will be adding this inquiry back to your credit report. It's was not on there but now it will be. '' XXXX also stated that doing his job was doing me a favor and that he has the power to keep this inquiry that I have paid in full on my credit. On top of him screaming at me to the top of his lungs, he stated he is the only person that can help me and he is not helping me, his actions hurt me and have a negative impact on my credit score. I have no proof from ProCollect that I have paid this in full. All I am asking for is my letter. If I received my letter in the mail as they stated, this could have all been avoided.
