Hello, This complaint is for Experian regarding the FRAUDULENT ACCOUNT XXXX XXXX XXXX Simple ( account number XXXX ) that has been placed on my credit report illegally. I have never done business with ( XXXX XXXX XXXX and this account must be removed because it is made my life extremely difficult. By being stuck with higher interest rates, fewer loan options, and also hindered my housing. I need it removed immediately. I have contact Experian 30 days ago to remove this account and Experian have no responded back to me about this matter that holding me back to prosper in my life that should not be there in the first place. Legally they are obligated to respond within 30 days and Experian have not done so. The XXXX account in question have been opened at the time I lost my wallet and many other forms of identification. This is Identity Theft. I would highly appreciate if CFPB assist in getting this fraudulent account removed so I can get back to my life as it were before the traumatic incident. Thanks
