I had purchases charged to my Discover Banking accounts ( Debit Card ), Discover Card ( Credit Card ), and XXXX XXXXXXXX ( Debit Card ) that I either did not make and/or were charged erroneously to my Accounts. I had deposited my personal funds and my XXXX XXXX, Iowa, legally appointed Guardian/Payee funds that I had withdrawn from the XXXX XXXX XXXX into the Discover Banking account. The XXXX XXXX XXXX, in conjunction with the Discover Banking account personnel, are charging my account and my Guardian/Payee account monthly account balance fees ( {$63.00} each ). After closing the Discover cards, I was told that it would take sixty ( 60 ) days to refund my personal funds because the accounts were closed by Discover for suspicious activities in each and in the interim charges would continue to accumulate and be deducted from my personal funds. I am enclosing copies of letters from XXXX and Discover.
