UNDER 15 U.S. 1692G ( A ) ( 3 ) A DEBT COLLECTOR MUST GIVE A CONSUMER A INITIAL COMMUNICATION TO VERIFY A DEBT. I WAS NEVER GIVEN THE OPPORTUNITY NOR DID I RECEIVE ANY COMMUNICATION FROM MIDLAND CREDIT MANAGEMENT IN REGARDS TO THIS DEBT. MIDLAND CREDIT INDEED ASSUMED THIS DEBT WAS MINE WITHOUT THE OPPORTUNITY FOR ME TO VALIDATE THIS DEBT. LASTLY, I SENT MIDLAND CREDIT A LETTER OF VALIDATION ON XX/XX/2021.
