On XX/XX/2017 i had a bill go to collections due to not being able to pay it with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Oh XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Oh. A year later i paid the bill and had a balance i did not know of since no one ever contacted me about it. I called XXXX XXXX to see if it was paid and they said i owed a balance of {$45.00}. So i paid it then and was told that it would be updated in XXXX account or removed from my credit report. The item was removed from XXXX XXXX and XXXX but not XXXX for some reason. For the last year and more i have called XXXX XXXX and Merchants Credit XXXX the reporting Company to have this updated or removed and each time they told me that i still owed it. I informed then that i have proof that i paid it from my checking account and i will send them a copy of it to show it was paid two years ago. My girl friend even said its only {$70.00} and she would pay it. She paid it with her account and according to her bank the money was put back into her account. Yet they told her that it bounced which was not the case. I then contacted XXXX XXXX who is a Attorney used by XXXX XXXX and myself to look into it. He sent them the copies of my checking tp show it was paid and they said it is not. and to this day it is still showing that i owe {$70.00} to XXXX XXXX when they themselves said i have a zero balance with them.
