EQUIFAX has broken the law. I did not authorize any of the hard inquiries that I am disputing to access my consumer report. They used false and misleading forms to fraud and swindle me which resulted in adverse action. They deprived me of my right to privacy. Because of my right to privacy has been breached this has caused me XXXX distress which is a crime pursuant to title 18. EQUIFAX is conspiring with the furnished company in the continuing violation of my constitutional protection rights. The banking system is dependent upon my consumer reports being fair, and accurate to me. You allowing inaccuracies to be furnished on my consumer reports has caused me to lose confidence in the banking system and as a result I will no longer be extending my credit to anyone, nor will I allow you to furnish a report on my behalf. I have attached identity theft reports, fraud reports and my Identification for these inquiries on my consumer report. ( Transcript from XXXX XXXX XXXX sent to Equifax )
