I signed up for a PNC account in order to receive a promotion for a {$300.00} bonus. I signed up, fulfilled the requirements of the bonus which included a direct deposit requirement. After I had opened the account, I noticed my old XXXX account had been transferred over to PNC due to the acquisition of the bank. I was concerned about this affecting my eligibility for my bonus, so I contacted PNC and they assured me that I was eligible for the bonus, which caused me to keep the account open and continue pursuing the requirements. PNC now refuses to honor their promise and I have been unable to contact a representative of their team for XXXX weeks.
