I have been reaching out to Exeter Finance for a few weeks, i called 5 times last week XXXX XXXX XXXX regarding information on my loan with them. They have been giving me the run around, and keep failing to send the requested information. After all the phone calls they sent a link that isnt accessible. I have tried multiple times to logon, but has not been successful. Even requested it to be resent. They stated that it takes 24-48 for me to receive a email. I have not received any of the emails/ information requested.
