It has come to my attention that XXXX Bank has been using my consumer report incorrectly. They have violated the FDCPA. They have communicated to several consumer reporting agencies such as XXXX, Equifax, and XXXX without my written consent. They have also reported my balance to these consumer reporting agencies which has negatively impacted my credit score. This unfair reporting is making me look like a risky and unreliable consumer. I am trying to buy home within the next few months and having a low credit score will make it difficult for me. I first made XXXX Bank aware of how they violated 15 U.S.C 1692c ( b ) and along with other federal codes on XX/XX/XXXX. I sent off labeled exhibits and an affidavit via certified mail and green return receipt. Secondly, I sent off these same exhibits along with other documents which included an invoice via certified mail and green return receipt on XX/XX/XXXX. Within the other documents included a cease and desist. In that cease and desist I made them aware of how they did not have my written consent to communicate with any third parties and I demanded for them to do other things
