My consumer rights have been violated. Pursuant to 15 USC 1681 ( a ) ( 1 ) The banking system is dependent upon my consumer reports being fair, and accurate to me. You allowing insccuracies to be furnished on my consumer reports has caused me to lose confidence in the banking system, and as a result I will no longer be extending my credit to anyone, nor will i allow you to furnish a report on my behalf as a result. If you would like to continue to do business with me I am demanding that you do what I say Immediately! You have not followed the procedures when preparing my consumer report pursuant to 15 USC 1681e ( b ) Credit reporting agencies must follow reasonable procedures to assure maximum possible accuracy. These violations results in {$1000.00} in damages for each violation I find if my demands are not met. Remove all derogatory items on my credit file listed in my documents attached or be civil and criminal liable pursuant to 15 USC 1681n and 15 USC 1681o of the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
