Good evening!! I have tried contacting the original debt collector and now this third party to see to it that this debt indeed belongs to me. I have yet to receive confirmation that this debt is truly mine. The Comprehensive Credit Reporting Enhancement, Disclosure, Innovation, and Transparency Act of 2020 or in short better known as the Comprehensive CREDIT Act of 2020 within section 401 explains details regarding any adverse credit details contained within my personal credit file that Id appreciate if XXXX would adhere to as is required by law. To not adhere to this law is accepting all consequences included and not limited to litigation, that will come fourth should you not comply with Federal Law. ( 12 ) TITLE IVCREDIT RESTORATION FOR VICTIMS OF PREDATORY ACTIVITIES AND UNFAIR CONSUMER REPORTING PRACTICES Sec. 401. Adverse credit information Any other adverse item of information relating to the collection of debt that did not arise from a contract or an agreement to pay by a consumer is to be REMOVED FROM MY CREDIT FILE.
