I have been working with Wells Fargo on an FHA COVID-19 lpartial oan modification since last year. I thought that the process was over as I was told by XXXX XXXX XXXX that I would be receiving the loan modification in the mail. I did, but the problem is that my ex-husband is now on the loan package. I called XXXX XXXX two or three times in the past week ( XXXX ) asking why my ex is on the loan. The last modification package that I received ( which apparently had mistakes in it-hence the mailing of a new one ) only had my name on it. I am trying to find out if the loan package that was just my name was a mistake or not. No one will get back to me. He hasn't called me back nor has a man by the name of XXXX XXXX that responded to my last complaint ( XXXX ) who've I have also called and left messages on his phone ). I need to know what is going on as I need to get it notarized and sent back to XXXX by XX/XX/2022. I spoke with the mobile notary that was sent by XXXX and they can not notarize the document w/o my ex 's signature. Please help. I am afraid again of losing my home because XXXX won't respond to me. I've done everything that they have asked and still, I am in limbo. Last time they mailed and XXXX me over 4 foreclosure notices because of an error on their end. I don't think I can take any more stress over this predicament. Thank You, XXXX XXXX
