I reached out to Experian to discuss a few things on my consumer report While speaking with the agent she assisted me with disputes for XXXX XXXX & rXXXX XXXX XXXX to my acknowledgment the agent knew exactly what companies I was filing disputes the agent understood what companies I wanted removed off of my credit report unfortunately the agent took it upon herself to remove my consumer details with an account that was at a good standing which didnt make any sense at all the next day after speaking with the agent Ive gotten multiple alerts about my credit score decreasing now its really strange that the original disputes Ive submitted not action took place on either account so I am very confused on her action after recognizing what took place I tried to reach out to Experian & could not get anyone to assist I was transferred from agent to agent & no one could explained the action of the previous agent when requesting to speak with an agent supervisor o was put on hold excessively long periods of time & never gotten a chance to speak with the manager this matter has become very frustrating & I just need Experian to explain to me the actions taken on the account & removed what was requested in the initial dispute request!
