The debt collector XXXX XXXX XXXX, reports two collections as open, loan account types with the balances and past due amounts of {$2000.00} and {$2200.00}. I disputed the accounts online XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX. I disputed the inaccuracies with XXXX XXXX XXXX at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX GA XXXX XXXX by XXXX XXXX mail XX/XX/XXXX XX/XX/XXXX. I requested validation of the alleged loan they contacted my mother about. I responded I asked the debt collector to cease and desist because they could not validate the request for complete or accurate information after 45 days. XXXX XXXX XXXX continued to update all of my credit reports with the two loan balances beginning from XX/XX/XXXX to all credit reporting agencies saying the consumer disagreed. During the dispute the items were not removed. on XX/XX/XXXX, and every month the same inaccurate unverified information is updated. Each dispute I submit has came back verified.
