I been having hard times with Capital One to dispute fraudulent inquiries that they are reporting to my credit bureaus. I have the following accounts with Capital One and those account are not related with the fraudulent inquiries that I am disputing and requesting removal here. These fraudulent inquiries have been affecting my credit score, please remove them as soon as possible. I would like to mention that XXXX XXXX is a great financial institution and I have business with them for over 2 years without experiencing issues, this is the only issue I been experiencing and I am pretty sure that the credit bureaus are not following the appropriately step on the dispute that I have filed with them, so, at this point I decided to file this compliant to resolve this situation directly with Capital One since I been calling Capital One and I havent been able to get an agent on the phone willing to help.
