I was consignor on a vehicle lease. XX/XX/XXXX financial indicated a payment was late and reported that to the credit bureaus. I was not notified of the presumed late payment. I contacted XXXX financial several times to get specifics, ie date received and amount to compare to the XXXX on the lease. Somewhere the lease must have been renegotiated due to Covid. I was not aware of that.XX/XX/XXXX financial has been uncooperative in my attempt to obtain information, yet left negative actions on my credit report. Bank statements indicate a different payment status than XXXX.
