XXXX, XXXX, Transunion XXXX XXXX company {$450.00} XXXX XXXX A collection account can not have a past do Balance. I never had a payment arrangement on this fraudulent account. This is a violation of the FCRA .Please delete this account from my credit report. Debtors creditor did not verify this collection. Also, there was no written form of communication, contract, or signature for this accused debt at all. A bill without a signature does not validate the debt and anybody can send a bill and Say its mines. According to the FCRA XXXX has violated my rights as Consumer and Im requesting legal action to remove this account immediately.
