If you have any additional questions, you can reach Consumer Services at XXXX You can also send the item ( XXXX ) to Early Warning by mail, fax or our secure transfer portal. Upon receipt, we will continue the process. Early Warning Attn : Consumer Services XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, AZ XXXX FAX : XXXX Then behind the back of CFPB they slipped me an email stating : " after the reinvestigation ... the information in the file is accurate etc, exploiting to consumer 's intelligence that the email mentioned ID for a reinvestigation. They reinvestigated and the sent result to me by XX/XX/XXXX which was the above email. I'm complaining of an early warning scam and suspected substance abuse. see the attatchment : The incident date in the file does not match the date the account was closed or ANY DATE IN BETWEEN the opening and closing of the account. This proves that no such incident occurred and that the bank should be held accountable. And that so, by clearing my name and deleting this information on file immediately. Account opened : XX/XX/XXXX Account closed : XX/XX/XXXX Incident Date : XX/XX/XXXX Principal Loss : {$0.00} Contribution Reason : Transacting ( or attempting to transact ) with an account in an unauthorized or prohibited manner. The bank account was closed at this time. Any card from the institution also deactivated on date of account closure Open Date : XX/XX/XXXX Close Date : XX/XX/XXXX Current Account Status : Closed For Cause-Purged Previous Account Status : Closed For Cause Date of Last Status Change : XX/XX/XXXX Name : XXXX, XXXX, XXXX Email Addresses : XXXX Balance Information : Month/Year Balance XX/XX/XXXX {$0.00} XX/XX/XXXX {$0.00} XX/XX/XXXX {$0.00} XX/XX/XXXX {$10.00} see the attached file I'm complaining about a stolen ID and identity theft by early warning and complaining that they should process the removal request as stated in email to me on XX/XX/XXXX to avoid criminal charges. Beware that some substances or drugs are to " numb '' an individual or party from facing themselves or criminal methods and attempts, causing them to become suicidal and terroristic about stealing a person 's information and ignoring it. Awareness gets down to a minimal. And CFPB should contact early warning in caution with this complaint that they should finish the removal request now that they have my Valid ID. I am not accusing them of substance abuse but am aware of the symptoms of possible substance abuse in such matters
