The credit reporting agency allowed the same company to be listed as a charge off on my report and a collection under two different names but they are the same XXXX XXXX also known as XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX put a charge off on my report in XXXX but did not issuse a 1099 from the IRS. On XX/XX/XXXX nearly eight years later the same company reissues a collection account brand new on my report. Spring Oaks Capital opened and old charged off account nearly eight years old as a new collection. The collection agency claims this fraud is allowed for the same company to continue open old accounts as new causing great economic harm to my family. Spring Oaks Collecton knowingly and fraudulently opened an eight year charged off account as new, this is not legal. I have filed numerous disputes with the agencies biut to na avail. Spring Oaks Capital are fraudulently opening up new collection accounts under a different name. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX are the same compnay. This company is trying to apply double jepoardy by destroying my report and using criminal fraudulent tactics.
