I sent some letters out with an FTC report to Equifax and XXXX about some inquiries and a collection on my credit report that are not accurate and are not mine. I never received any responses from anybody. This is causing me to be stressed emotionally and financially. I know this is a violation of my rights due to the bureaus not providing a notice of dispute and for failure to communicate to me that I disputed stuff on my credit. I just want these accounts to be removed from my credit report immediately or I will take legal action and hire a lawyer.
