To whom it may concern, I had recently disputed inaccurate data points that have been incorrectly reported by Transunion. There were inquiries placed on my personal credit file through the Transunion reporting platform that I did not authorize. I had disputed this information with Transunion through the FCRA dispute process and had the documents delivered certified USPS mail to this specific credit reporting agency. I provided all documentation that was needed in order for the agency to investigate properly, and yet the agency never conducted any investigation into my dispute. As matter of fact, and adding insult to injury, Transunion never responded at all. This is a violation the FCRA as well as CFPB dispute guidelines that are clearly laid out on the CFPB website. Transunion is negligent, and also complicit in their enablement of identity fraud. Also and in addition, I reached by phone to Transunion on 3 separate occasions and requested that they remove 2 security freezes from my credit file. Their automated customer service menu options almost forces a security freeze on your file prior to attempting to reach a live person. The agency never removed the credit freeze. I then submitted a dispute to Transunion using the same FCRA certified mail dispute process, while yet and still Transuinon refuses to process this particular request as well. As of today, XX/XX/22, the security freeze is still placed on my file. After only making efforts to correct only 2 % of consumer disputes, Transunion not having clean hands are negatively effecting my credit report which have damaging impacts on myself and my children. What do we do now? Credit reporting agencies seem to have gone completely " off-the-rails '' so to speak. I have attached screenshots as documentary evidence showing all of the documents that the bureau received on my behalf.
