I have been disputing fraudulent accounts for over a year, submitted police reports, I.D, mortgage insurance, etc. I have submitted this information online, mail, and over the phone. I have received mail from collectors that these accounts were sold and submitted the same documents to them, I have replies back from them as well. Transunion and XXXX are reporting CO ( charge off ) repeatedly monthly and that is against the law. I received paperwork from XXXX that my social is used with another individual and I also submitted that to the Bureaus, I have been repeatedly told that they use what the consumer sends them and thats what they go by, I asked for proof that was used that these accounts are mines and was told that I need to call the creditor. I have been lied to different occasions about about these accounts. They are not reporting on a 3 credit bureaus. I have inaccuracies all on my credit with open/close dates, account numbers, status of accounts, and accounts that I have disputed that has been on my report over 7 years, they still wont remove them. I have been resubmitting disputes monthly after over a year. I have all the documents and paperwork and that is needed for my case. I had a fraudulent account removed and replaced because they consumer came back and said same name, same date of birth, thats not proof of an account. I then received an email for a dispute that I canceled the dispute and I never did that. I mailed 3 letters to all 3 bureaus at the same time and Transunion the only ones that said they didnt have it. I have been a victim of fraud since XXXX, they told me my police report expired and that I needed a new one, then I went and got one, XX/XX/XXXX, submitted it to them along with supporting documents and they are not acknowledging anything. I have submitted debt validation letters no response. I have received modified alerts because I had supported documents and they continue to update it. As of today XX/XX/XXXX I have not received any debt validation response from XXXX or Transunion. I have no other reasoning why they are continuous reporting Charge off on a fraudulent closed account, reporting to 1 or 2 bureaus, different open/closed accounts that are sold, no debt validation proven to date when you have proof that it is me. When I had to remove a suffix off my report because they had me as a ( XXXX ) and a male.
