We need to have the mortgage balance amount corrected to reflect what is on the last month mortgage statement ( attached ). There are two balance amounts on the statement. There is an Interest Bearing Principle amount of {$180000.00} and right below that amount is showing as " Outstanding Principle '' of {$180000.00} - we're told that either should be reported to the Credit Bureaus. The amount being reported to all three credit bureaurs is " {$190000.00} We called into XXXX to find out why the amount reported to the bureaus exceeded the amount on the XXXX monthly statement, but did not get an concise answer or heard anything that made explained the amount.
