Vance and Huffman stated on my previous complaint to consumer finance.gov that they will be closing account and removing account from my credit reports. Instead they sent to XXXX and other bureaus that the collection account is correct. They lied and did not do as they stated and furthermore this is not my collection!!! I have zero knowledge of this account. I pay all of my bills on time and now am losing out on getting a home!!! They are completely messing with my quality of life. They absolutely need to deletXXXX this collection off of my credit AS THEY STATED THEY WOULD pubically on the consumer finance.gov website under complaints.
