I have submitted disputes for an account that has been on my report since 2006 the bureaus refuse to remove the account. I have sent letters to the creditor to validate the debt they have not provided me any responses. This account has deprived me of an opportunity to purchase a home. I am a XXXX veteran and I have been XXXX so I never had time to watch my credit now that I am not XXXX I have been noticing things on my credit report that aren't accurate and fraudulent accounts and inquiries school loans etc the bureaus refuse to properly investigate these accounts. This is a violation of my rights under FCRA laws.
