NEW INFOMATION .... As a debt collector participating in commerce in the United States of America Best Egg is governed and must abide by federal law. Best Egg claim in there response that they are required to report my information to the credit reporting agencies, Required by whom? pursuant to 15 USC 6802a it clearly states that no financial institution or an affiliate may not disclose to a nonaffiliated third party any nonpublic personal information, I have no establish relationship with any credit reporting agency in regards to the alleged debt. Furthermore pursuant to 15 USC 6802b ( XXXX ) ( B ) I was not given the option to opt out of any form of credit reporting or sharing of my personal information with any nonaffiliated third party, I also was not given any explanation of how I may exercise my right of nondisclosure option pursuant to 15 USC 6802b ( XXXX ) ( C ). For the sake of my right to privacy as a Federally protected consumer and the sake of my personal reputation I request that Best Egg kindly remove this information from all Credit reporting agencies.
