I have a Spend Account with Credit Karma. My entire payroll check is directly deposited into my account and my account has been frozen. I have contacted customer service who tells me my account is " under review '' but can not give me a reason why or a number to contact to determine the issue. Customer service also informs me that I am able to use my debit card but I can not. I also have an auto payment which came back as account frozen. No one knows what the problem is and I have no access to my money. I have rent and car payment due and can not make any payments or withdraw money. I am attaching the last email I received from them. It indicates I am trying to open an external account which I had not done.
