Wells Fargo 's " modification '' was not a bonified modification, but rather another attempt to trap me into retaining the same toxic loan terms that put me in trouble in the first place. Wells Fargo did not thoroughly and methodically review my financial health as was required by judgement to do so. Had Wells Fargo reviewed my case and others fairly XXXX XXXX, DA for Florida at the time, would not have had to formally complain about the unfair reviews when assessing pick-A-payment victims for their just deserved " Assistant Modification. '' Instead of helping me retain my home under new and affordable payment terms Wells Fargo offered the same toxic loan options as before and mandated that I pony-up a considerable about of upfront cash that I simply did not have.. Customers baited into Pick-A-Payment loans were offered loan relief solely based on Wells Fargo 's unfair and discriminating loan evaluations. I contest the evaluation performed on my financial state at the time and will except nothing less than a thorough re-review of my case.
