I had the misfortune of having a loan serviced by the scam artists known as Caliber Home Loans. The company had secured flood insurance on my behalf. When I sold my property, I wanted to get my prorated insurance refunded, and that's when the nightmare started. For weeks, I tried contacting the company but to no avail.
