I purchased a {$200.00} Visa Vanilla gift card at XXXX on XX/XX/2021 and when I went to check the balance before spending it in XX/XX/2021, I saw that the funds had been stolen on XXXX XXXX in 40 transactions of {$5.00} each. I called the number in the back of the card many times and provided them with all the information they asked since XX/XX/2021. So far, every time I talk to " Vanilla VISA '' they say XXXX realized the expenses were fraudulent and returned the funds to them, and that my refund is in the way, but it never arrives. Every time I call the clock resets for another 2 weeks wait. I feel Visa is scamming me too, and as a matter of fact I am not sure I am dealing with them at all. I would think Visa would be a more reliable company to deal with. What can I legally do to get my money back?
