I had fraud occur on my ameris bank debit card totaling over {$3000.00}. Filed a DISPUTE FRAUD COMPLAINT. waited XXXX days, called MULTIPLE times to check on my dispute & they only gave me {$40.00} back claiming they cant refund my {$3000.00}. The fraud occurred on XXXX and I DONT USE CASHAPP. they are literally refusing to refund me my money and this is probably the worst bank experience ive had so far. I was told that i cant get a refund from the bank, i have to contact cashapp but BY LAW. im supposed to be covered when fraud happens that doesnt involve the use of my PIN, i cant get i. contact with XXXX. ive been trying
