Consumer Narrative
I went to XXXX hospital for treatments and from then they started sending me very high bills instead of using the insurance provided to them. They never made me aware wether the insurance was active or not. They never provided me with any treatments as of today but they decided to send me to collections without notice. They are refusing to assist me and are ruining my credit. I really need help
